It is our policy to handle all client information with the utmost confidentiality and care. We do not transmit or share tax returns, financial statements, W-2s or other personal information without your express permission, except as mandated by law. Permission may be mailed, emailed or faxed to our office. We accept Power of Attorney signatures on behalf of minors or incapacitated clients.

We restrict access to nonpublic, personal and account information to those employees or contractors in our firm who need to know this information in order to provide the requested services and products. We maintain physical, electronic and procedural safeguards to protect clients’ personal information. We adhere to this policy and practices in regards to former and inactive clients.

We may disclose nonpublic, personal and account information to a collection agency if a client refuses to pay for services rendered. In the event of a sale or merging of assets of this firm, client information may be an asset to be transferred to an acquiring company or individual.
